Planning for SUCCESS in 2011!

The Life Center Staff just completed a phenomenal Holy Spirit led calendar planning for 2011 - LOOK OUT, MADISON! What a joy to work with such loving and lovely people.
Afterwords the staff was treated to a truly amazing Christmas luncheon prepared by Tonya Cox - that lady can COOK and she honored us by her extravagant presentation - THANK YOU, Tonya!

Life Center Classes & Service are canceled for Sunday. 12/12
The Nat'l Weather Service and City officials urge everyone to stay off the streets and highways due to blizzard conditions. I hate to cancel church for any reason, but your safety is more important than showing up at a building. Pray extra with your families. Next Sunday will... be unforgettable! How do you like an OPEN HEAVEN?

Life Center family - THAT was God on Sunday! The refreshing, the energy, the release of the genuine power of a God who loves and loves and loves some more - that was the LORD Himself visiting us in response to faith and open hearts.
Granted - it seems different than what we all imagined and maybe more than a little hard to "manage" in your head and heart. That's OK - no has ever successfully "managed" a tornado or a hurricane - only sealed themselves off from it so they would not get "hurt". Make sure you don't hide in the cellar and miss out - the only destruction from the LORD'S visitation is to the devil (1 John 3:8 - The Son of God appeared to destroy the works of the devil.)
Yes - the wind will blow and the rain will come, but His wind removes what's hindering us and His rain is one of refreshing, blessing, and for the prospering of our souls. You are deeply loved.

You saw WHAT?

Just a little giddy here. There seems to be a God-outbreak that might just become epidemic. After showing some of the movie Finger of God to one of the Monday night cells, a number of the men attested to SEEING and EXPERIENCING some things that were not "normal" during the past 2 Sundays.
When God is at work, it is time to readjust your normal. Last night (Wednesday) I saw things that were not normal: young men and women of all backgrounds and ethnicities weeping before the LORD. Today I see the outpouring of love to nearly a hundred people in our Bread of Life Food Pantry. I am believing that our high school Encounter Weekend will produce an EXPLOSION of the not-yet-seen-but-really-needs-to-be-revealed.
How about you? Tired of the same old sights & sounds? Maybe it's time to start viewing what God has already seen and enjoy LIFE from His POV.

The Saturday sessions of the MEN'S ENCOUNTER rocked the heavens AND the earth! Deliverance, healing, restoration and LOVE shook us down to our foundations and the tremors will continue TOMORROW MORNING at Evangel Life Center
So proud of ALL the brothers who participated in our God-encounter these past days. Expect the overflow to continue Sunday Morning at 10am. Only heaven could be better than this.

Men's Encounter FRIDAY

WOW! What a terrific bunch of men. We got to a place in the LORD on Friday evening that was totally "new" for most of us. What is in store for Saturday? Wherever HE takes us - it will be great!

YOUTH! More YOUTH! More VANS needed?

IS IT JUST A COINCIDENCE (although I don't believe in those!) that we dedicated $$$$ resources to buy a new van just for the 12:11 Youth Ministries and their attendance EXPLODED on the very next Wednesday? A 25% incraese in any venture is over-the-top, so to have 124 young people on Wednesday night is in the AMAZING range.
Let's do some more, unplanned, Holy Ghost directed sowing into the harvest that the LORD is giving us! THANKS TO ALL who caught the vision so quickly.

Men's Encounter Weekend

MEN - APRIL 9-10-11!!! What can I say? When God shows up - everything changes! I love these weekends. I love the freshness of His presence in the lives of believers. I love the REVELATION He brings smack dab in the middle of our pursuit of Him. Every believer needs this and I am so glad we are doing these at Life Center - this is the "engine of revival" worldwide!

New D2 Class!

Hey - I am WAAAAY excited to begin the next Discipleship 2 (D2 in our lingo) tonight at 7pm. This is where we see the development of the "leaders of leaders".
If you have not yet "stepped into the river" to begin your life His disciple, jump into the JOURNEY class NOW - do not wait!

Resurection Sunday Reflection

OK - Sunday was amazing! So we all think we KNOW about the power of the cross - until we EXPERIENCE the power of the cross!
So now we go forward into these ENCOUNTER WEEKS and watch Him do the work only He can do. I so hope EVERYONE dives in to the river of what the Holy Spirit is up to.
While I am constantly thrilled to see so many receiving ministry at Life Center, there is no way I can know all of those at the altar. I am so thankful for the Discipleship Ministry.
Sunday was a TRIP - now we all need to be on a JOURNEY - in the cross, to the cross and through the cross. Bring somebody to the Lord - bring somebody BACK to the LORD and His great love.
